SUMMARY:Kick-off: Fall 2026 Screenwriting Course for High School Students
DESCRIPTION:The Jacob Burns Film Center is pleased to offer Screenwriting 101\, a new course designed for high school students looking to learn the fundamentals of writing a script. Over the course of seven weeks\, students will get an inside look at how the industry works\, from loglines and treatments to series bibles and pitches. Students will also read and analyze the scripts of classic big budget and indie films\, while also creating their own short film scripts.
