Evalyn Yu is a sophomore at Palos Verdes High School in California. She is passionate about media literacy, civic engagement, and youth involvement in media creation. Evalyn leads journalism workshops that teach students how to identify, engage with, and produce responsible reporting. With NAMLE, she hopes to encourage young people to confidently navigate the rapidly transforming digital world. She aims to empower youth to bridge digital literacy gaps across generations.
