
Khadeejah Khan is studying Asian American Studies at University of California, Davis and is a passionate student journalist. As a Muslim, South Asian storyteller from the Bay Area, Khadeejah aspires to tell stories that represent underrepresented communities, create empathy, and challenge power dynamics. Her work is published in KQED, The San Jose Mercury News, The Daily Californian, and PBS Student Reporting Labs. Joining NAMLE as a social media intern, Khadeejah hopes to combine her passion for journalism and the community, to create spaces that prioritize media literacy education.
