Lily Afify, class of 2027, is currently attending Mira Costa High school in Manhattan beach, CA. Growing up, she has been passionate in including different perspectives within a variety of topics. Part of the Digital Truths Initiative, she has worked to battle misinformation and disinformation towards the youth; as she herself has been effected. It has driven her to connect with the community in order to bring awareness to digital responsibilities to keep our media safe, productive, and a healthy environment for everyone.
